As you have already done pft and chest xray so I guess you met a doctor who sees chest patients. But just drug telekast wont help. There is a device called peak flow meter. You can check it out on YouTube and then use twice daily and check your values. Get a baseline ECG, HB, Thyroid function test done,fasting lipid profile done. But instead of doing all this better see a good Pulmonologist in your area

Kindly get examined by a pulmonologist or a cardiologist... ECG and ECHO to be done if there a re risk factors or history is suggestive of cardiac issues. Also PFT being normal may still cant rule out lung issues entirely.
