Breathlessness and thin body

I have underwent an allergy test Here is the result:- House dust , paper dust , radish , lemon , silk ,wool = 1+ Some insects like mosquito and patanga=3 plus plus plus And few other My lymphocytes are 56% My ige is 1450 I have breathing problems and can't take deep breathe with diaphragm and feels like my body and muscles are not expanding as it should Is it also a reason due to which my muscle is not growing because my body never feels relaxed and always asks for full deep breathes ?

May be you are suffering from Allergic bronchitis. Pl avoid the above allergens. Pl take bronchodilators.pl do Yoga, pranayama and meditation. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
