I am 45vyear old ... regular periods... recently done full body check up... all parameters are in range... I suffer from anxiety..taking medicine but now in tapering mode... my weight is increased from 60 kg to 67 kg in last 2 years... My problem is often I feel breathlessness and fatigue... not able to find the cause ... what may be the reason I am taking bp medicine How can I treat it
