Breathing problems

My mother(aged 50) is having some breathing problem her spo2 is 98,covid negative and she is having no other health issue like diabetes or anything but She is having these lungs(bronchitis) infection earlier in 2015 .After treatment she is doing fine until now but the same problem started again but this time it's less severe. The last doctor asked us to continue seroflo250,levolin so I bought it from a pharmacy yesterday even after two doses she is still having the breathing trouble and these meds have caused her running nose.please suggest what to do.I have also attached a copy of the prescription below. Thankyou
