I can't breathe properly.. Difficulty in taking deep breath... weakness... chest pain... I have smoking habbit & I do smoke daily... without cigarette I can't handle my stress..

I understand your concerns. you will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. and also pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatemnt can be started. quit smoking at the earliest. If you need help it can done. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
