Hi, my father, age 45 has recently been diagnosed with stage 2 Diffused large B cell lymphoma. Chemotherapy and target therapy has been going on. He is facing extreme breathlessness while doing anything, be it laying on bed, sitting, etc. He also says that when his breathlessness occurs, he experiences heavy throbbing in the middle of his chest. His ECG and echo tests are normal. What should I do?
