Sir i have problem in breathing mainly in summer and a lung infection come after 15 days or in a month for 2 to 6 hours and during infection my chest block

Avoidance of irritants, allergens. Wear a face mask when going outdoors. Antihistaminic if necessary. Spirometry needs to be done. Consult a pulmonologist who'll guide you with the therapy of ICS +LABA Adherence is the key.
