My breathing tube is little bit shrunken or you can say extracted that is what doctor told and he told me to take steam , so i want to know will taking steam resolve this problem ?

it will to some extent... mainly it will inhibit the growth of adenovirus which is most common agent causing you respiratory symptoms... consult physician for further details
