Breathing problem

I am not able to breathe fully. It feels like i am not able to expand my lungs fully (or like part of lungs not getting oxygen) . I have to wait to yawn only then i am getting full air . Same thing happened last year also , at that time doctor told me its stress ( problem went away within 2 weeks without medication) This time also i visited MD pulmonary. He asked for thyroid tests . I am Covid -ve Thyroid is ok Lipid profile , liver function all ok . Now i dont know whol to visit . Difficulty breathing is increasing as time passing by .

May be anxiety but to ruleout polmonary disease do HRCT CHEST AND PFT.
