Hi sir /mam... My husband suffering from breathing problem my doctor consult we did CT scan Pns ,IGE ... Please explain the report... And tsh,cbc is done and they are normal ... Suggest me , on tounge (start of edges....)also scratches ...
Ige levels are high but only ct scan reports do not tell u everything ... U need a proper clinical examination by an ent doctor for proper guidance ... Also there is a difference in pure nasal blockage or if u feel lack of air ... As one can be due to nose and the other due to a chest condition

High IgE suggest u have allergy issue which caused inflammation inside ur nose causing nasal blockage. In addition there is structural changes which causes ur symptoms worse
