Breathing Problem happens since 2years

Hello doctor, I am facing breathing problem sometimes, but it happens since last 2 years. This is not a continuous problem, sometimes it happens in a day but when I take Montair-LC, I feel relief for 1/1.5days. But again it's raising. That's why sometimes I am taking this medicine since last 2 years. But not taking it continuously. So please suggest me what should I do? Which kind of problem is this? Shall I have to consult a physician for the same? Please help. Regards, Partha Ghosh
