Hi, Age of grandfather & treatment taken has not been mentioned, Anyway try as follows--- Tab. Augmenting 625 mg twice daily. Tab. Deriphyllin R 1 twice daily. Tab. Prednisone  1 twice daily. Tab.LevocetrizineM 1 twice daily.        For 5 days, continue for10 days if improving. Consult with chest X'ray for further management.
