Breathing problem and abdominal pain

I have been suffering from breathing problem since 2 months and I don't have any history of foreign travel or contact to anyone else of travel history and yet from few days it's like something has been stuck in my throat and it's quite difficult to breathe but I am able to do my daily activities and my stomach always feels full . Please help me out.
