You have two concerning symptoms: * Breathlessness * Bilateral leg pain and you have also stopped your long-term nitroglycerin medication after the dog bite/rabies vaccination. The rabies vaccine itself is unlikely to directly cause persistent severe breathlessness, so this should not be assumed to be a vaccine reaction. More important possibilities include: * Worsening underlying ischemic heart disease/angina * Cardiac failure or reduced cardiac perfusion after stopping nitrates * Electrolyte or vascular issues * Less likely but important: DVT/vascular insufficiency or another systemic illness
