Hi..i found that i couldn't take deep breaths during evng times .while i am trying to do so i experience pain in my back i.e between shoulders.why is this happening??i could breath well during day times and also while lying down.My nose is also partially blocking during ngt...Is this the reason for my breathing problem?...I have no cold.plz respond...

Try this home remedy,hope you will get rid from the problem: Take about 20 basil leaves and boil them, now add 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger in the strained tulsi water, and boil until the solution gets reduced to half. Add a little honey and drink this tea two or three times a day for three days to get relief.
