Breathing issue at night while sleeping

From past 2 weeks my brother facing cough issue then he checkup to doctor took medicine and now cough is not coming but NOW FROW FEW DAYS HE FACING SHORTEN OF BREATHING ISSUE AT NIGHT WHILE SLEEPING,SUDDENLY HE WOKE UP AT NIGHT AND TRY TO BREATH ALMOST 10SEC TO 15SEC FACING ISSUE AFTER THAT NORMAL,ITS HAPPENING 3 TO 4 TIME AT NIGHT ONLY.ALSO HE IS HAVING LOW BLOOD PRESSURE WHAT TO DO DOCTOR ONLY GIVING ANTIBIOTIC TABLET. KINDLY GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!

He should consult with a Cardiologist. Such things can happen in Sleep apnea and also when there is sudden air hunger due to Ischemic heart disease. Latest ECG and 2D ECHO should be done.
