Breathing Exercises and 2nd trimester ex

Hello doctor I'm 17 weeks pregnant, Suffering from GDM and high BP Last 3 months I'm doing 45 mnts walking in empty stomach. now I'm planning to start breathing exercises and 2nd trimester exercises it's safe or what? Please suggest me which is best and how to do?

Since you have GDM it is not advisable to walk in empty stomach for 45min. You can start breathing exercise but ensure which type of breathing exercise you are going to start. I would recommend you to do exercises with proper guidance.

Better consult in person with physio specialist in cardio vascular. You can start deep breathing exercises but always be carefull while breathing deeply as it may gives trouble initially  if not done earlier or never practiced it.
