Breathing difficulty
Dear doctor
My mother 63 year old having copd bronchitis
Having breathing difficulty and headache since 10 days
I got her hospital and X ray report is fibrotic changes in rv2 ..rest is NAD
AND ECG ALSO normal
Doctor given her asthalin pump ...and at home she is on duolin and budacort nebuliser 3 time day and I given her foracort 400 pump which doc didn't suggest I given that because 200 puff not working
Still she is having breathing difficulty and headache and today bp Also high 158/90
Oxygen between to 60 to 80 without oxygen supply and on oxygen 92( we have oxygen supply at home)
Please Doc why she is having breathing difficulty because all medications available at home
Please doc advise your valuable suggestions thanks
Breathing difficulty and headache despite of giving all treatment and normal reports and still having low oxygen saturation indicates many possibilities like 1. Development of rising BP of lungs due to low oxygen saturation, 2. Development of chest wall muscular tightness due to muscle spasm at back or neck leading to inability to take normal deep breaths and etc etc ie. many more causes.
