Breathing difficulties and chest pain

Kindly help me doctors, I have breathing difficulties from last 2 years dr said it is brochitis, when I inhale the air is not reaching to my lung, after 4 to 5 attempts of inhale from mouth I get relief but now I get mild chest pain, cough and discomfort chest like pressure or tightness it makes me anxiety and my body get cold . Please tell me what it is and  what treatment should I take Please help me thank you .

Appears to be Anxiety. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
