I am using lodoz 2.5 since 2 months and my heart rate is around 60 and sometimes less than 60 and BP is 130/80 wt can I do can I stop that or continue l am also have little sinusitis wt can I do

The BP and heart rate both are normal. I think you should continue lodoz and for sinusitis consult a general physician
