Breastmilk issue

I have a oversupply of breastmilk , due to which am facing alot of pain in breast and also congestion.my 1 month old infant is also suffering from over supply by spitting up alot and gas problem and also cough during each feed and also spitting up during each feed.please do suggest some medication for suppressing milk supply.
