Why does my baby wants milk every hour now? Where as earlier he used to have every two hours does it means my milk supply has reduced? His body is also bit warm and have not passed stool since 3 days.

Yes. His milk demands might have increased and moreover there might be mismatch of demand and breast milk output. Just keep a watch on his activity and temperature. In case of doubt/ problem , consult immediately.

Baby's demand increases as they grow. Asking milk every hour, slightly warm body could be a sign of dehydration.  If ur baby is passing urine atleast 7-8 times a day and sleeping for 2-3 hours after feeds it suggests that child is getting enough milk. Let the baby feed on breast for 10-15 min and than express the remaining milk and give with wati spoon. If after that also baby is crying for feed and passing less urine u might have to give formula feed as a top up  .

Yes, possibly lactation may not be adequate as baby’s feed requirement increases with growth. Check baby’s temp in axilla to see if he has fever. Not passing stool for 3 days is normal for breastfed babies
