Good evening doctor i am a breastfeeding mother to 7th month old daughter can I have chamomile green tea flavor ? Does that have any aide effects on my baby ? Also I have nerve weakness so i was going through anxiety since 2.1 years until today am suffering with extreme anxiety alot so i couldn't able to manage my daily routine I heard chamomile tea is good to calm anxiety can i have please?
