I'm a breast feeding mother. Is it a myth or true that whatever we eat gets into breast milk and than to baby?Does cold generating foods like pumpkins cucumber seethaphal etc when taken by mother's cause cold in babies through milk?

Your food does not directly get into breastmilk. You need to have a healthy diet, so that your body produces milk. Your breastmilk is produced separately by mammary glands and will not contain the foods you eat. The foods you mentioned, if consumed, will not cause any cold in the baby.
