Hi,My Son is 5 months old and on exclusively complete breastfeed.The problem is baby pooping 14 days once the maximum is 18 days.But when he poops its soft and normal yellow in colour.During this period when he wont poop,he will be joyful and playing asusual.When I consulted some pediatrics they say it's common for breastfeed babies but some say it's not correct and give suppositories. I'm in confused state. can any help me to know how long does a breastfeed baby can go without poop.
