One of My Relative who has having age 58 Year suffering from Breast cancer along with Supraclavicular lymph node also involved and it has happen before 20 Days and done diagnosis of FNAC report & PET scan. What could be suggested Therapy for her. If first chemo, then what best treatment available or Surgery would be first choice.
