Breast sucking from another women

Hi there, my son is now 6months old. Since he was born, whenever he cries or hungry my mother-in-law let him suck her breast (which is non milky). I feel very unhygienic about this. And m little worried as my mother-in-law is diabetic an BP patient. Please let me know is it fine or I need to ask her to stop.
