Breast scan report

2018-04-24 16:48:18
Well defined hypoechoic oval shaped lesion noted in upper inner quadrant at 10 o clock position measuring 1.0x0.4x0.8cm. Few nonspecific lympnodes noted in left axilla with retained central hilium largest 1.4x0.6cm. This is my left breast scan report. What I have to do further. Is it cancerous. What about lymph nodes. Please clarify.

Doesn’t seems like cancer. Get mammography both breasts.

Better to get a mammogram done and confirm...if doubtful FNAC confirmation might be required
