Iam having pain in the middle area of my breast and there is a pore there from which white oily thing can be queezed out

You might have sebaceous cyst which usually needs excision. Some times hydradenitis suppurativa present like dis  for which you can start Azithromycin 500 mg bd 3days wkly to b continued for 4wks. If it won't respond go for excision of lesion
