My body wait and fat is good but my breast are extremely heavy i tried exercises everything but still no result is there any non surgical way or safe procedure to reduce the size of my breast

Yes there is mam.. depends on what your expectations are and how big the breasts are.. if only a slight reduction is desired, a liposuction can be attempted but for most cases. U might need to go under the knife! Consult a aesthetic plastic surgeon in person and discuss mam.
