I have my left breast smaller than my right ... And I feel that there is internally swelling on my back and I suffer pain in my stomach.. I m not understanding what's the reason of all this and what should I do .??

Size of both breasts need not be identical...size may be different... wgats imp. is that there shouldn't be any lump inside
