My whole breast is paining since a month now whenever i touch it. Why is that?? Please explain if there is something wrong. The skin there is also dry.

Do a breast self examination for any lumps or tender spots

Get an ultrasound breast and bilateral axilla done as less than 35 years mammogram will not be able to detect a breast lesion due to dense breast in your age
