Feeling breast pain sometimes and low back pain left side abdominal cramp and tightness non stop headache, little big pain in vagina, It's a early pregnancy sign?.My LMP was 23 jan. Should I do pregnancy test .or its  some thing else

Do a pregnancy  test  now ,if negative repaet after 3 days.Symptoms can be related to pregnancy. If they are  increasing  get checked by a Gynaecologist.
