Hi, I am 30 yrs old. I felt pain in my left breast b4 my periods. After periods pain stops. Also my periods r irregular. My daughter is 2.5 yrs old. Breast feeding stops 9mths back. I am diagnosed with PCOD 10 yrs back. My height 157cm weight 50kg. I conceived my daughter normally not by EVF treatment. Now I am tensed bcoz of breast pain. Plz advs

This breast tenderness b4 ur periods is mostly pms i mean pre menstrual syndrome. Not to worry u can just take tab premens plus daily one along with evening prime rose oil capsule daily one for 1month duration after food.u shall notice the difference its just hormonal effect nothing to worry.but as a precautionary plz do self breast examination n go for a gynaec consultation.
