2 nights ago I fell asleep with nipple clamps on, nipple is fine but underbreast has a warm red lump that is painful. Constant fever of 102.5, still have appetite. Feel freezing.

Can b a breast abscess.. Consult a surgeon or Gynaec asap before convert into cellulitis or septicaemia ..u need antibiotic coverage ...
