Breast pain and a big hard lump

My mom is having breast pain on left side below a hard big lump is their by pressing that she tells it pains a bit ..what to do is it a serious condition or its normal.please help me with the same...🙏🙏

Any breast lump needs evaluation with mammogram or sonomammogram and biopsy depending on the BIRADS score. Though pain is not a classical symptom of malignancy, she needs to be evaluated.
