this may be engorged breast. u will have to express breast milk. it will be painful but it has to be done. if u cant do it urself ask a frien or relative to help u... in case u have fever or extreme pain urgently visit a surgeon... it may be breast abscess. u may require incision and drainage for it. doctor will then have to start u on medicines which will stop milk production.
