Hi my baby is one week old im not getting sufficient milk so trying to pump it out and would like to know hoe how long can i keep for the next use or do i have to store in the refrigerator.. Or i just can keep it outside..

If not to be given immediately or within next 3-4 hours,better refrigerate it. But remember,it is NOT to be heated before use,just let it thaw by itself before giving it.
