My wife have a blocked breast duct with one breast hard and pain in it. Milk is not comming out and only 1-3 drops come out. We have a baby of 3 months and baby feeding is also not working. Someone suggested to remove the blocked duct using a needle/seringe. Please suggest the best way here.

Try to attach baby mouth to breast and let baby suckle.  You can do this if  pain is not there otherwise consult your doctor and get yourself examined.

If your wife is having a blocked duct it could be mastitis kindly get her examined by a surgeon and he only will do the needful ... however you can try using cold compression
