Breast lump - self check
I normally check for lumps around every two months. Today when i was doing The same, while lying down it felt normal but while i was standing i felt a tightness under my right breast also there is a very very small bruise like discoloration also near my right breast. Should i go to a doctor and get it checked? My periods have been regular and no flow problems. I dont exercise at all but my appetite is good. Is this problem serious?
You should try to feel for any lump in both breasts also check for discharge from the nipples
The bruise can be due to underwire or tight support.
