Me and my cousin are 13 years old we both have breast lumps and one in armpit too we both are very scared we can't do any tests, is it fiberdenoma . I just started my period 4 months ago.

Ya it is fibroadenoma .Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of breast.More doubt get done FNAC also and contact to gynaecologist.
