Breast lump and armpit pain

I have breast lump which moveable and soft. There is redness on skin. Before periods, pain was felt. But as periods started, pain decreased. I went for checkup and doctor said i have fibroadenomas. Now i'm feeling pain in both armpits but no lump is felt in armpits. Is it dangerous? Is it related to cancer? Or is it related to fibroadenomas?
