For young female ultrasound breast is enough, as breast tissue is dense. Sometimes usg is combined with mammo (sonomammography) if anything is suspected on usg. If u have any complains then only u should proceed with further investigations after clinical advice. Otherwise in light of normal clinical examination by a doctor and a normal usg report, u don't need any further investigations at present.
