Breakouts on scalp
Dear Doc,
My husband has breakouts like on his scalp, can you pls advice what could be this? What could be reason for this? And treatment recommended? Any food habits that we should avoid?pls note, he also has acne problem.
Don’t worry it is seborrhoea dermatitis in initial phase it can be treated by medicine and need to follow some diet hygiene and oiling rules so it will recover fast.
1) Tell him to do oiling only for 2-3 hr before taking bath don’t leave oily scalp for whole night it will help fungus to grow more
2) In food avoid spicy and sour thing, use sendha salt in cooking it will decrease problem
And for medication you need to consult with me in detail so I will take whole history from patient
