We are teying to control sugar levels of my husband whose HBa1C was found 7.2 on last Sunday. Please jote that We are not taking any Medicines for now. I came to know that we should have protein rich breakfast. Can you please suggest some low Carb breakfast options which will keep sugat in control? Hi...there is many options for breakfast you can take mix sprouts cheela with green chutney,pata preparation  with lots of vegetables ,quinoa better idli or dosa,millets dosa,ragi malt n all smoothees with seeds n nuts
