Break through infection

We don't see a lot of break through infection cause people who have been vaccinated don't get infected or is it that they are not exposed post vaccination? Also how long does the antibodies last after second dose? After the antibodies reduce does that mean that you are as good as not vaccinated?

Vaccination definitely helps producing the antibodies, therefore people with good immunity and proper precautions do not get infected after vaccination. Antibodies stay for around 1 Yr, however we still have to find out, there is no research paper on it as yet.

After receiving 2 successful doses of vaccination most of the people who have sufficient titres of antibodies won't show much symptoms after exposure, and some may show mild symptoms and get cured with basic treatment measures However, months later tires of antibodies will reduce gradually and according to case based studies a person after 2 doses is safe atleast till 8 months and more with some range of strains, but still person who is vaccinated is more secured compared to person who is not vaccinated
