One of my friend is suffering from brain tumor and she is saying that one other person is donating his blood to her.. Is that right..is really blood required for a brain tumour patients..

No it is not correct.. Brain tumor is abnormal growth in brain. It should be evaluated by a neurosurgeon treated accordingly..
