Hi sir I am having dizziness neckpain and heavy head and I already done CT scan and nothing abnormal found in it . Does tumors found in Ct scan or else can I opt for MRI

Consult a Neuro specialist for your symptoms. Brain tumors are best seen in MRI. However CT scan can rule out major Brain tumors. Instead of worrying about tumors, consult a Neuro doctor who could help you.
