My father had a brain stroke 1.5 years back in Right PCA Territory. Currently he takes Aspirin 75MG and Atrovastin 20 MG. 2 months back he devoloped organic depression and trouble sleeping. We have got a fresh CT Scan done recently. I will attach those details . Please suggest if he requires any changes in medication for recent infarct in Right MCA Territory. Apart from that, he developed age related cortical atrophy.

He should b investigated for the reason of stroke ... For next 21 days he should b added with other antiplatelet.. He need further evaluation...
