At this age, over stress and emotional stress may make us confused and depressed about the importance of life. Practise yoga twice daily and concentrate in whatever you like to do. Often lack of diet may harm your stamina and sleep. So,take your diet in routine time. If symptom of sleep disorder persists,than it may be serious cause also. So, consult neurophysician if you feel.
